My name is Caroline, I am a french professional and experienced high profile
maternity nurse and nanny.
After many years of working with children in various countries, including the United
States (New York), Australia (Sydney), Spain (Ibiza) I relocated myself in Beaulieu
sur mer near Monaco in 2015.
I ve been working in the Principality for UHNW international families since then.

As a governess i do create a nurturing, engaging and enriching « learn through play »
environment in which children can develop with confidence and joy.
With more than 25 years of childcare and early childhood development I have led and
designed numerous fun & stimulating activities intended to encourage curiosity,
creativity, independence and self confidence.
My philosophy is inspired by the Montessori approach.
Early childhood is a fundamental stage of development during which children are
especially receptive to learning and discovering the world around them.
Maria Montessori called it the absorbent mind. It recognizes that young children
naturally absorb knowledge, emotions, language, and experiences from their
environment during the early years of life.
Since I moved to the south of France in 2015, I have been looking after newborns and fell into this amazing baby's world.
I had the privilege of working alongside highly experienced maternity nurses, gaining valuable expertise in newborn care and family support.
Through this experience, I develop strong skills in establishing feeding routines, providing breastfeeding support, encouraging healthy sleep habits, and offering emotional reassurance to parents. I am dedicated to creating a calm, nurturing, and supportive environment that promotes the well-being of both the baby and the family.
I work exclusively in the Principality of Monaco, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Villefranche sur Mer or Beaulieu sur Mer with occasional travels.
In the summer I am abble to fulfill short contracts in St Tropez or Cannes.
